Refund Policy

pulpnest.in strives to make our customer’s journey as smooth as possible, right from the moment the order has been placed till the final stage, when the products have been delivered at your doorstep in fresh condition.

Customer satisfaction being our prime focus, you can return the product at the time of delivery if you are not content with the freshness or the quality of the product. We will take the product back and issue a refund for the value of the returned products, which will either be credited to your account or adjusted in your invoice in case of cash on delivery. The refund processing of payments made using credit or debit card may take 5-6 working days or more, depending on your issuing bank system.

Please note the Pre-cut items are not included under the Refund and Return policy.

Return Policy

Our policy is same days after purchase of non-perishable products. If Next days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables, greens, etc cannot be returned after 4 hours of delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)

Deals Of The Day items may not refunded and items cannot be refunded.

Returning (if applicable)

if perishable you should return immediately or within 4 hours of delivery by calling on our customer care number.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
